  • They go out of their way to be helpful. They're dealing with a small market so they don't have US pricing but they're the lowest priced in the city. Some of the staff members are a little too snobbish towards some brands letting it get in the way of the quality of service they may provide. Some of them really enjoy slandering their competition in an unprofessional way but most of the staff members are professional. Only some of them are able to give feedback and advice for pro workflows, gear & techniques but there are a few in there that really know their stuff. They can match prices if the product's in stock at the other store.
