  • I was very skeptical on renting from another property management as I was really happy with LVN Properties Property management and had a problem with the past one. I wanted to move to a larger place and LVN did not have any properties that matched my request. I found a property from Key Property Management but after reading the review below was scared that it would be dejavu from the previous issues. I spoke to my Real Estate agent who assured me Key property management was a realiable company and called them and spoke to both Randy and Shayna and who were very pleasant and assured me they were fair and I didn't have anything to worry about. Key is a little strict with the contract but in the end of the day they have to be. I have just been in my new home for a week and I love it. they were very detailed with all information(Robert did the walk thru and was so pleasant and explained everything about the home). I had one request that the owner was not willing to agree at first and key interfered and made sure that it was resolved fairly and I couldn't be more happy with the decision I made.
