  • Fancy packaging and branding distracts from mediocre tea. While I enjoyed my in-store experience with the staff member who assisted me, the tea itself was really disappointing. I picked up a few variety packs and have tried a dozen of them over the past week. I've found all but 2 of them to be poor in taste. I've been drinking tea for years and was really surprised how popular this company is, given the poor quality and high prices of their product. Maybe they're growing too quickly and losing their touch.
