  • Turn and RUN as fast as you can from Appliance Depot!!! TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! I was trying to save a few bucks via buying a used fridge, but had the absolute WORST customer experience of my life!! The fridge was delivered at about 10:15 pm; the delivery man "didn't have the part" (se said) to hook up the water line. He plugged in the fridge and left. We opened the fridge in the morning and everything inside was warm. IT DID NOT COOL WHATSOEVER OVERNIGHT! THE FOOD IN THE FRIDGE SPOILED! The owner refused to reimburse us for the lost food cost and took about 2 weeks to get it "repaired!!" During this same time, my wife called the owner to find out what was taking so long and got yelled at by him (... you can't even make this stuff up...). The P.O.S. fridge was finally delivered again but the repair still was not fully completed, nor did he hook up the water line the 2nd time! The ice maker has never worked from the get-go and Appliance Depot now refuses to take my calls, even though the fridge is still under their "90 day warranty".... TOTAL SCAM! RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
