  • I joined a MLM Just as a member. I actually had worked for the parent company years ago. The Parent company was great back then. I did forget that years ago when you climb the ladder. If you ever leave and come back, you go back to the same level, you were when you left. So I am a manager, with the parent company. But anyway I have called and was given advice. When I got to court, I told the judge. That was the information I was given by my attorney. Then the Attorney gave you the wrong advice. I just let it go. But there big selling points are. They will handle a ticket in any State, you get one. There big second pitch is that they will write a letter or make a phone call on any legal issue, you may have. So I needed a letter, the other day and I figured. I pay every month for over a year now. So I would let Dempsey Roberts & Smith Ltd write the letter. To make a long story short, I called and they refused stating it was not a legal matter. So I looked the issue up and it has statue number, which does makes it a legal matter. So I called back to get there fax number, so I could fax it to them. They refused and said Mr. Dempsey stated we will write the letter and you can put it on your letter head. I explained if I wanted it on my letter head. I would have just written on my letter head. I wouldn't have called in the first place. Mr.Dempsey explained, he can't write the letter or the people would assume, that Dempsey Roberts & Smith Ltd. are represents me, I asked first, how he knew what someone else would assume ? besides what does it matter, what they assume. Plus guess what, if you take money from me every month, you are representing me/. I called the Parent company and they said it's up to the discretion of Dempsey Roberts & Smith Ltd. So corporate called back and requested to record the conversation. I told them sure If they want to file suit against a 60 year old disabled terminally ill man that is on Home Hospice, be my guest !! I'll probably be dead by the time you get a court date. I told the parent company,To be honest. I feel like I have been paying my money to the law firm of DO WE CHEAT EM AND HOW !! Would I recommend them, no I wouldn't. The MLM rep, I would recommend all day long.
