Always having issues with our stupid smart phones. Every single time we stop in to ask for assistance or questions we get told we have to call customer service. WTF, they can't see the issues over the phone! We pay GOOD money for SIX damn phone lines so the least they can do is assist us at the store in person! Seriously need to change to Sprint!!!!
*also at one point my son was getting harassing "bill collection" calls (he's 13) so we asked for a number change. After an hour on the phone she changes the number but on the WRONG phone and when we call back, we are told our number might not be the same (on the incorrect phone) and we still had to pay the service fee. After 20 minutes of arguing he then says "well if you do it on line it's FREE"! WTF didn't he say this in the very beginning!
