  • Best carpet cleaning service you can receive in the Las Vegas area, hands down! Granted, I have never received service from any other carpet cleaners in town, but Ephraim set the bar pretty high! It all started with me shopping around for the best deal I could get for my 1-bedroom apartment, with about 800 sq. ft. of carpet space. Ephraim provided me not only the best deal, but one $30-$40 lower than the average of other quotes I received. On top of that, he promised not to up-sell or modify the quote, if the information I provided was accurate. He showed up exactly on-time at my residence, and he was a great, professional guy all-around. When he said that he wouldn't up-sell anything, he was exactly right about that! My floor was ridiculous -- I have a dog that made so many urine stains that it would've scared many other carpet cleaners. Ephraim was up to the challenge and promised to deliver. When payment was made, Ephraim processed it with ease. His billing and invoicing was sent electronically, and he gives you the option to receive an invoice/receipt through text or e-mail. Seeing all this go down really made me realize that Ephraim is serious about this business and came prepared. Take a look at the before and after pictures. Impressed as I was? Give Ephraim and Arcane Carpet Cleaners a call and/or a message here on Yelp! If he doesn't respond right away (luckily, he did for me), please be patient! I think he runs a one-man show, so he might be busy with another client. However, you won't regret the awesome combination of the low-price and excellent-service he'll offer. Ephraim, you'll definitely be hearing again from me in the near future! Here's to plenty of success and positive Yelp reviews until then!
