I had my dog groomed at PetSmart on Eastern today. I took him in at 1:00 for his appointment and still hadn't heard anything at 4:00. When I called, he had been bathed but not groomed yet. I was told he wouldn't be ready until 5:00. I am a patient person but this was extreme. I don't appreciate my dog being in a cage for three and a half hours when he had an appointment. I know this is the way the chain stores work. I would suggest that you review your protocols and find a better way to run your grooming salon. I paid $66 which was a 25% discount. Really!! They will not be getting another penny from me. Apparently, I should have read their reviews before taking my dog there and I would have seen the abundance of negative reviews.
