  • Worst customer service ever! We waited 20 minutes, watching 3 stylists play on their phones while another stylist worked on the only other customer there. I get it, we were a walkin and you're waiting for appointments, but when a half hour passed and we were still watching you play on your phones, it got a little uncomfortable. It's a shame, because I'm a really good tipper. We'll stick with going to Taylor at the Ray Rd. location.
