I've shopped here several times and I always leave feeling slighted. I've bought Salmon at the counter and always ask for a 1lb fillet. Many times the fish monger just keeps trying to find a fillet and he doesn't want to cut it. So either I have to take one that is several ounces too small or too big.
The staff in the produce section are never available. I tried asking for help about golden beets with the greens still on. One guy just said to me he had no idea why I wanted beets with green tops.
Then the last 5 times I have had a price discrepancy at the register. No one apologizes and instead it takes me another 10 minutes to check out while they just give me the difference back. I've complained and told the manager who was fixing my receipt that this issue keeps happening. He said nothing, not even I'm sorry.
Then I have come across several items on the shelves that are well past their expiration dates. So make sure to check the dates on your items such as the dressings and canned goods.
I've being going to the Chandler location and I have to say the customer service there is a world of difference. I just wish my neighborhood location was just as nice and it seems ridiculous to go out of my way another 10 miles just for decent service from the same company.
