Glad to have discovered this place. Good old fashioned deli. Doesn't feel like you are in Scottsdale, more in a Chicago or NY deli. The food is OK, portions are generous. The place does seem to serve quite a few regulars, and has a strong Jewish following. Each time I go, the lady working the counter inquires how family members are of the guests she is helping. It makes sometimes for a bit a wait as they take orders at the counter, but its OK. Rare to have that level of personal service these days. The authenticity, family-owned and home made style deli sandwiches make this place comfortable to visit. I haven't yet tried anything from the deli case, but one day I'll get to that. Don't expect a gourmet experience, do expect an authentic deli experience, so rare anymore in a sea of corporate restaurants and formulaic Scottsdale grub.
