  • We had ABC install our new water heater last summer, and we had signed up for their protection plan. As promised, they came out this past week to drain the tank and do a spot check on any plumbing concerns that we had. Dick, was our technician, and he couldn't have been any more professional. Very pleasant and did a nice job with a couple of recommendations to keep the water heater in the best possible shape for several years. Also, have to compliment Crystal, for her very pleasant and professional demeanor. Very nice to be able to communicate with someone who knows scheduling issues and listens to her customers.
