  • I had a bad experience also, Matthew was gunho to come out and help with roof rats, but the only thing they did was charge 90.00 to place 2 plastic rat bait boxes with rat bait, where I had fruit trees. Save yourself time and money go to home depot or buy online; 9.00 for bait and order bait stations yourself,10.00. When I called to tell him that the young man who was sent out didn't look around or inspect anything can he please come back out, he told me they don't offer free inspections,and he said nothig else. I would NEVER use this company. Be careful, they are on Thumbtack and will give you a quote but this company, Matthew, could care less about anything but money. They will probably go out of business eventually..... They are that bad If there was a zero rating, I would rate All Guard a zero.
