| - Here's the setup:
You're in vegas and wandered way off the strip to find a pho spot for some odd reason. You're hungover. You need sustenance, now.
You want to find Annie. You find annie in a small complex. You enter the store and voila, food....right? Wrong.
I don't know if it was just the day we went, but this place was severely understaffed. And by severely understaffed, I mean one waiter taking care of the entire restaurant with 3 or 4 people in the back cooking/handling to go orders...which leads me to the following points:
1) After being seated, we waited about 30 minutes to order.
2) After ordering, we waited another 30 minutes to get our food
3) Chicken curry pho is interesting, tasty, and new. $9
4) Pretty expensive pho for a small bowl
5) After devouring the pho, we waited 15 minutes for the check.
To the waiter's credit, he was friendly and calm given the circumstances. However, with the long trek from the strip, the pricey pho as compared to vegas Chinatown, and the super long waits, I'd pass.
