  • This agency is awful. They charged me $1800 for a high dollar nanny who threatened to quit everyday, complained about cooking for the kids, couldn't transition a toddler into her care, and billed double for gas/mileage. The nanny was getting paid $18 an hour to watch one toddler and cook for two teenagers. She couldn't handle her duties and the agency refused to refund even part of my fee!!! I asked them to deduct $400 from the initial fee so we may part ways but they wouldn't. They kept the entire fee and wanted me to try another nanny. My choices were from a pool of women who didn't speak English to tattoos and body pierced women. Don't get trapped by this agency! Save your money!
