  • The Real Deal There is a lot of smack talk about who has the best brisket in the city. For the most part, it is a matter of preference, taste and opinion or even sentimentality. Allow me to be the first to go on record and say that the best brisket, to be bought in this fair town is made by these humble Ukrainian butchers. Why should you believe me, you ask. Well, my grandmother was Polish and taught me the only good Ukrainian is a....um...well, you get the idea and even she loves their meat...um...I really should have chosen better terminology, sorry granny. Absolute must, for locals especially. waka waka
