  • I wish I could leave a better review as I had high hopes that this place could help me. Unfortunately, I have been told on four separate occasions that someone would get back to me after my initial appointment. Apparently they set me up for the wrong appointment, so the night before (Thursday) what was supposed to be my first day of therapy for scapular dyskinesia and shoulder injuries they called and cancelled my therapy session. During that call I was told that someone had made a mistake and that they are very sorry and that someone will call me in the morning (Friday) to reschedule me for Monday. That call never came which was wonderful considering they were closed on the weekend. Monday comes along and I call mid day to speak with someone. I spoke to Julie who I voiced my concerns with. She again apologized and said the system is down but will have someone call me back in a bit. She took my info and sure enough no call back. I again called Tuesday to inform them that I didn't receive a call and again, she said she would pass along the message. As expected at this point, no call back. Wednesday I called and spoke to Julie again who apologized and said she thought someone called me. She said she would speak to them and call me back personally. I know this is shocking, but she didn't call me back. I tried to call today considering I am in extreme pain and need the service and got no answer. I am appalled at the service, or lack there of, and the incompetence of the staff. I don't want to go the therapy and pay out of pocket for fun, I need to. The fact is, if they can't handle one simple and pretty patient individual thus far, then I would hate to see how they would handle anyone else with needs. I'll be asking my Dr. for another referral elsewhere.
