I would give zero stars if I could. First visit to this club and I mentioned to this bloke Daniel working the front desk that I'm finishing a year at LA fitness and am interested in joining. He said "Unless you're joining today, you need to pay $15 to try out the facilities. I replied ok but I left my wallet in the car...could I leave bag here for a sec while I go get it? As his colleague beside him says ok, Daniel simultaneously says no you cannot. I replied "That's not very good customer service" as I walked out to the parking lot behind the building. When I returned, I put a ten and a five dollar bill on his counter and the bills slid off the first counter and fell about a foot onto the second counter and Daniel instantly snaps "Get out of this club! I'm not letting you in! Don't disrespect me like that by throwing money at me!" I tried to explain to him that I didn't throw money at him but he was having none of it. He insisted that I was disrespecting him and said if I have a problem I can call head office but they are not open today. I asked to speak with a manager and he said there was no manager in today. I asked if that was why he was treating potential new members like this? He didn't care to say the least. Worst customer experience ever. Stay away from this gym and save yourself the frustration and harrassment.
