  • THE WORST service ever! I had booked an appointment a week before and came in today when I came in the lady at the front desk had said there wasn't ANY appointment for me she kept questioning "are you sure you booked here?" It's OBVIOUS I did why would I just show up!? After going through the appointment book she even checked next Friday but nope I booked it for today so as I'm waiting another lady tells me she left me a voice mail saying they CANCELLED my appointment because apparently my dog was aggressive last time,I did check my voice mail and there was nothing there and I also DID NOT even get a call ahead of time saying it was cancelled! So I just wasted my time driving here for NOTHING! AVOID THIS PLACE all the 5 stars are probably from the employees and owners of this place NEVER COMING BACK such HORRIBLE service!!! I'd LOVE TO give it ZERO stars!
