  • Jim Scritchfield, our sales professional, was truly an amazing sales person and a credit to your dealership. He was honest, intelligent, funny, respectful, and best of all not pushy. My wife and I never felt pressured in your dealership which is not a common thing when a person is looking for a car, Jim was definitely a relief from the sales person/experience that we had encountered previously at other dealerships on our quest to buy a car. It was a relief to actually meet a sales person who was knowledgeable about the cars they were selling, unlike other places we have been too where the sales people have no idea about the car other than what was written on the window sticker. I can tell you that my wife and I will spread Jim's name, and your dealership, to all we know and meet who may need a car based our incredible experience at Audi. All the employee's we encountered at your dealership were also very professional and courteous as well. My wife and I want to personally thank Jim, and the rest of your staff, who played a roll in our car buying experience, and we look forward to doing business with your dealership in the future.
