When I opened my account, I specifically checked the "no overdraft" option that would reject any transaction. The online paperwork kept unchecking the box (hmm shady).
I called later and had them manually check it. Yet, things were still being allowed to go through.
In April I went into the actual branch and had an actual human (much to his attempt at persuading me otherwise) set my account to reject anything, including online transactions and credit card payments.
Today I log in and find another overdraft fee... Due to a $3 membership charge I was unaware existed since I wasn't being charged it at first for some reason. So they want $35 because they allowed another transaction to go through the same day, despite it being over due to their fee (which is probably conveniently set to kick in at 4:59 pm just to allow people to possibly get too close to the $0 balance during the day). Not cool.
