  • I've gone here twice now after buying a Groupon worth $8 each for three visits. My first visit was early in the morning on my way to work and I decided to try one of their lattes and salads out. I ordered the green tea latte to drink there and the kale salad to eat for lunch later on. The green tea latte was very good. The size was reasonable and the price is what's expected even without the Groupon discount. The kale salad was also very good, decently proportioned and reasonably priced. The lady that was working there was very kind and helpful. It's good to say that my first experience there was rather pleasant and I was excited to drop by again to try the waffles. I came in the second time with my boyfriend so that we could both try the waffles. I was looking forward to purchase the red velvet waffle since red velvet is one of my all time favorite flavors lol. After ordering, I sat down and waited for our waffles to be done. I noticed an uncleaned table the table over us. This table was not cleaned the entire time we were there. Now, I used to work at a food establishment and I can be very understanding in certain situations. One, the place wasn't busy. There were probably 4 people eating including us with a few customers coming in to order. Two, there were three people in the back because I counted 2 guys and 1 lady. One of the three could have easily cleared out the table the entire time I was there. It's just professional to keep your establishment clean. The workers seemed rather distracted and too busy talking to each other rather than checking the dining area for mess. We finally got our waffles after 15 minutes or so. I feel like that's rather a long wait for just two small orders of waffles. I ordered the red velvet one (of course) whereas my boyfriend ordered the regular golden waffles. We both agreed they were good after finishing them. They only gave us two waffles per order and you'd have to pay an extra $2 for another one. But for the price, you get what you paid for so it was fine. However, on the website's menu, it says that you get more with the waffles like bacon and eggs. This is very misleading because I did not. It doesn't say on the menu at the store so I wasn't so surprised when I got my food. I just think that the website menu should be updated so that future customers are not mislead. Overall, the waffles were good, the coffee was good and the salad was good. The customer service may need a little work however.
