I wish I could give no stars at all! Went in today after making a reservation to upgrade my phone and sign my new 2 year contract. I talked to Bryce and he told me it would be a 30 min wait, I said okay and sat down. 40 min later I asked if they even had the phone I ordered online at all and I was told yes but there's one person left in front of me... So I said "awesome I'll wait" and sat down. ... An hour and a half later Bryce calls me up and goes to the back to grab the phone, he comes back to tell me they don't even have that phone at all and it's weird that it let me order it online for this store..... So why did I wait an hour and a half for you to tell me you don't have the phone when I already asked you to check if you have it an hour ago....? This was insane to me! He then offers me the silver version and I said "oh of course, I thought you had none at all" so he goes and grabs the phone and then says "that'll be $150.00" ... I explained im using my 2 year contact upgrade and that it should be free. He says "that's when you order it online, you ordered the red one online, not this silver one. The store on farm and Durango has a red one if you wanna get online and order from there. I already called ahead and they said they have it and are slow so you can just pick it up" .... Not good service at all but okay I guess I can do that. I called that store he told me to go to and they told me no one from that store has called at all and it'll be a one hour wait at the farm a Durango store. Clearly BRYCE at the Rainbow and Lake Mead location never actually called the other store for me what so ever but anyways I said "okay I will be there in an hour" I went and there was a 2 hour wait.... Told the guy the situation and he said "wow I'm so sorry that's horrible. But unfortunately there's a long wait right now and I can't help you first and make everyone mad so you can wait or come back tomorrow" .... I didn't yell at a single employee during this process from 3:30 - 7:30 and I'm very proud of myself. Sprint need better customer service training ASAP.
