  • Very friendly. Very quick. Fair prices. Honest and knowledgeable service advisors. Cedric Daniels is definitely a go-to advisor. I thought I knew Audis pretty well, but Cedric is definitely a pro. I never leave there with any questions unanswered. He keeps in touch (via email, phone or text... whatever works best for you) while your car is being serviced. That is always very much appreciated. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable, with big tables, comfortable chairs and Free Wi-Fi. Everyone that works there, from the reception staff, service advisors, valets, service techs, and sales staff are all super cool and down to earth people who definitely care about their customers. I live between the Desert Audi dealership and Henderson Audi and after reading the reviews of both dealerships (and after my own experience) I definitely made the right choice!!!
