They are fine until you need customer service! IT doesn't exist here. I cancelled my membership 3 months ago because I moved. I filled out and signed the 'cancellation form' there. Just checked my bank account Monday and they charged me the monthly $59.95. I have talked to 2 people there, who said they'd inform the manager and have not had a return call. I've left a voicemail for the manager directly and no return call. I've called corporate and the customer service person said she'd contact them to reach out to me today, and its 4:30pm... no call. I couldn't be more disappointed and wouldn't recommend them.
The next step is to have my lawyer write a letter. It's the principle of the matter.
