  • Before I moved to California, I sold my house in Richmond Hill. I had hired what they call an "area specialist" . I was told by a lot of people that it was a must. So I sat on the market for 6 weeks with no offers . I finally cancelled my contract and hired a an agent that was referred to me by a friend. When I met Brian and his team members I was very sceptic and only signed a 30 day contract. Brian sent Vivian to stage the home and that was a smooth 2 day process and with only 6 days on the market , Brian got me two offers and I sold 22k over asking price when just two months back, I hadn't received any offers even under list price. Had it not been for Brian and his reliable team, my move to California would not have worked out as planned. I owe the team a lot and would recommend them to anyone looking for real professionals.
