Have continued to frequent Bells since my last review, and the service remains as excellent as before. One of the reasons I enjoy living on the Danforth.
As an aside, I can't quite understand the logic of people who give Bells terrible reviews on the basis that Bells rarely takes new customers. These people have never used Bells, and so it's unclear how they believe that they can review their service. This is a family business, the only extra help they have is occasionally from their sons after school, and the scope of their business is also limited by the size of their physical premises. Are they supposed to stop eating and sleeping to take on new customers? Are they supposed to put their finances at risk by leasing additional expensive space, even though they can barely handle the business they have? I would think people would be happy that a local business is doing well and simply find another dry cleaner nearby.
