| - I did some research on carpet cleaning within the summerlin area and came into this one. Originally, i use Star chem dry because i was a returning customer. However, they were going to charge me $100 for my whole apartment. I wanted to see if there was anything cheaper and came across this business. The guy came toward the end of the ETA and came into my apartment to inspect around it. He saw i had a dog and the area i needed to be cleaned. He then showed me the other service he recommended for deep cleaning. But that was gonna cost me over $200 for my ONE bedroom apartment. So then, i declined. He proceeded to do the steam cleaning. I was very disappointed with the end of the service.
1. The guy who cleaned my carpets was a very nice guy. He discussed what my options were and expalined everything thoroughly. But me being on a budget, can't afford the $275 service that he was trying to sell to me.
2. The steam clean process he did, did not do anything to my carpets whatsoever. It still looks the same as it was before. There was no pre-vaccuming, shampooing or conditioning, or whatever. He literally took his steamer tools and went over my areas. It took him about 20 mins to do it. Then tells me it will take 6-8 hours to dry just for wetting my carpet basically.
Overall, their carpet cleaners are professional and provide great service. However, the deals they offer are pretty cheap and won't do the job you were expecting. 3 bedrooms for $49, but then charge for a tiny hallway for another $10. I think I'll stick with Star chem dry for $100 but they have pre-vaccuming, shampooing and conditioning, and they actually get the job done. Never again will i recommend this place or come back to it.
When i tried telling the lady, Nichole, that i wasn't satisfied with my service, she says there's nothing else we can do cause you signed the paper. Well, guess what, have people sign the paper AFTER anything is done. I dont know why people are giving them 5 stars. I'd give them 0 if i could. You want someone to clean your carpets well? Use CHEMDRY. They're the best and not even super expensive.
