| - I've been living here for 9 months now. I am very pleased with the affordable rent for such a nice place. Being from CA, rent is astronomical and apartment finding is no easy task. When I moved in here, I was so happy with the application process and how easy it was. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. They have helped me so much and the maintenance staff are also very nice and knowledgeable about the building. The only negative experience I had with maintenance was when I first moved in. 2 separate times, a member of maintenance opened my door without knocking. Yes I sent in a request to have something fixed, but my issue was them not knocking. And since I live alone, it scared me each time my door opened. However, after bringing this up to management, this issue has been addressed and hasn't happened since.
The complex is very clean! I NEVER see a piece of trash when I go for walks. If this complex was trashed all the time, I never would have considered living here. I personally haven't experienced any issues with pests or rodents. I have left my balcony door open plenty of times and I haven't had an issue. So in my experience, very clean complex which gets major points!!
The neighbors here are very kind. You have the people who keep quiet and to themselves and you also have the very friendly neighbors who get to know each other. I have made several friends here. Having respectable neighbors was a major concern of mine when I was looking for an apartment and I got lucky here. Almost everyone has a dog so all hours of the day you see people walking their dogs all around. I love being apart of such a friendly community. I have also found that the people living here have been here for years. Which speaks volumes to me.
On my last note. I also rent a 2 car garage. Its pretty spacious but my only complaint is the leaky sprinkler. To my knowledge, it has been fixed several times but they haven't patched up their work. So ive had a hole in the ceiling of my garage for about 2 months now.
So all in all I give this complex a 4 star! Its a very nice place to live. This is my first apartment on my own and I'm very pleased with how clean the whole complex is. I love the pool. I wish it could be bigger and maybe even a little heated but that's not a big deal. My neighbors are great. A few loud ones here and there but that doesn't ruin it for me. I would very much recommend this complex to anyone looking for something reasonable. The units are decent size and have a very modern style. If they build a dog park, it will be hard for me to leave.
