I had a TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE here that I'm going to be reminded of daily and dealing with for years to come! I wanted a clip in hair piece with bangs so that I could change up my look on occasion. The girl who helped me, Lisa, took her time finding different pieces and shades to match my hair and did seem knowledgable in that process. However, when she clipped the piece on my head and began to cut the bangs to the length I wanted, SHE CUT MY ACTUAL HAIR in the process! *Let me point out NOT to a traditional bang length either (they're about 2 inches long) and it looks like my 4-year old got ahold of the scissors when I was asleep and tried to give me a haircut!* When she took the piece off I immediately pointed out what happened and she said, "I'm so sorry". Meanwhile I'm in tears and she said she had to talk to her manager. She came back and said she could offer me the piece for half off (it was $120) and I said "half off? you should be GIVING me this piece for what you did and now I have (way too short!) bangs that I didn't want!" She said she would take care of it. I asked her if she would please finish getting the piece ready so I could get out of there.
The next morning I called and spoke with the owner, Kimberly, who was very apologetic and asked if there's anything she could do. Well, not really, unless you can wave a magic wand and grow my hair back. I understand that sometimes accidents happen but this type of mistake is something that now affects my look every single day and is just beyond frustrating! I trusted Lisa that she knew what she was doing and for that I am sorry. I am now having to deal with shorter than bangs pieces on either side of my head. It's a HUGE INCONVENIENCE that is going to take years to grow out to the length of my hair (well below my shoulders).
