  • Worst customer service ever. In store was great but after you purchase and spend over $1500, everything goes down the drain. Regret buying furniture from them. Make sure you read the fine print on everything and if someone in store tells you one thing, make sure you get it in writing because it will be different than the next time you talk to someone. Forget the rule the customer is always right. They could care less as long as they get your money.
