So my flight gets delayed 7 hours, and I understand this is not the fault of the ticketing staff, however they need some serious customer relations training! I was trying to be as kind as possible and the staff seems like they're doing me a favor and seem irritated when I asked for an update on the flight, I was treated like a nuisance! I never heard the word I'm sorry or even act as if they care that this is a big inconvenience for a paying customer! Very disappointed in JetBlue shame in managment not training proper customer service etiquette, from my experience today I doubt if JetBlue even care about this review or what their clients think about the experience.
