I could have only eaten chips and all the salsas from the salsa bar and I would have been a happy camper. I wish I could have packed the salsa bar home with me, but unfortunately, it doesn't work like that. (TSA has a limit in liquid ratios).
I tried almost every salsa from the bar and I have to say, the best one is actually a combination. Mix the guacamole and peanut salsas together, and you instantly have salsa crack. I could have eaten tubs of the mixture and still wouldn't be sick if it. The heat of the guacamole salsa balances quite well with the umami of the peanut salsa.
Street tacos were good too but my mind was on the richness of the salsas. They should just change their name to Salsa Heaven.
Other than the salsas, please note the service was subpar and the prices on the menus and what they actually bill you is inconsistent, but only by a few cents so no point in arguing.
