  • Gelatology is a low-key ice cream shop that offers a delicious selection of gelato. Everything from the texture to the flavors are on point. Gelatology offers both fruity and sweeter flavors. What's great is that their flavors are super fun and unique. The texture is smooth, rich and creamy. Additionally, what I really appreciate is how the workers are friendly and have no problem letting you try multiple samples. While their flavors are always rotating, here are some flavors I tried & highly recommend: 1. Matcha & Oreo - this flavor combines two of my favorite things 2. Tiramisu - light and sweet 3. Strawberry Shortcake - i'm not normally a fan of strawberry ice cream, but this one is an exception 4. Turon - features tropical flavors like jackfruit that results in a perfect balance of fruity and sweet. A perfect summer flavor! Honestly, you can't go wrong here. The next time I'm in Vegas, I'll definitely be coming back!
