  • So far out of 5 experiences... I have only had 1 positive one. When I purchased my car it was the normal back and forth negotiations, no problem... I'm used to it. G in finance is AMAZING! Quick, friendly and knowledgeable! Here is where it got bad... I needed my rear glass replaced on my Honda Pilot due to a weird incident and my insurance was covering it- "great!" I thought, I mine as well take it to the dealership to make sure it's done right... and then the trouble began.... I took my car into the dealership on Wednesday to have the glass replaced and the entire back of my car re-tinted darker. The guy I was working with who is no longer there (for good reason I suppose) said he would get my car taken to the back and that it would take 1 day to get my glass replaced. Fine, great! But then, I never got a call about an update on my car and when I called nobody could find my car or my paperwork and the guy I was working with wasn't available so they said they would tell him to get back to me, but he didn't until after the dept was closed. He said "sorry, it's not done, they didn't have the right glass or something"- ummm okay? well now I don't have a car so what am I supposed to do? No resolution, just said, "It will be done tomorrow." The next day they called to say it was done and that I could come and pick it up. Well, I wasn't available to come and get it before they closed so I said I would have to come in on Friday. He said my paperwork would be with the girls at the front. I go in on Friday to pick up my car and NO ONE can find my keys or my paperwork. I was there for and HOUR. People aren't calling the person back who is trying to find them and he kept apologizing and saying "hopefully someone calls me back" well I had a charity event to go to so I had to leave and couldn't wait any longer. I mean, it had been AN HOUR. I told them to deliver my car to me the next day. He said "I don't know if we can do that" and I told them to have their service manager call me first thing in the morning as this was unacceptable. Saturday morning- I get a call letting me know that my car would be delivered to me- FINALLY! My car gets delivered---- the glass isn't installed correctly as the stripping was coming off around the glass AND there was NO RE-TINT! AND the inside of my car was covered in a layer of dust!!! --------At this point, I am furious. I call 3 times to work with a manager ONLY- Karyn calls me back who profusely apologizes and says they will get it fixed and get me a rental car. She tells me to bring it in on Thursday and that they will have it done by Monday. That they will replace the glass, re-tint the back AND detail my car as well as give me free oil changes. Fine- I'm not happy but at least she is trying to make up for it. I take my car in, everything seems fine. We pick up our rental car- it's fine. She assures us everything will be taken care of. Friday evening, we get a call from the maintenance dept. who tell us we MUST come in to pick up the car TONIGHT or they will charge us $100 for the rental car for weekend. I told him we were on the other side of town and that Karyn said we could keep it until Monday which is when our car was supposed to be done. He says "Well, its done early and if you don't return your rental we will have to charge you." I then asked to speak with Karyn but OF COURSE she wasn't there. So we drove across down to turn in our car. We get there, THE CAR ISN'T EVEN DETAILED! I was literally about to lose my mind. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!? He apologizes and says he "didn't know" (Thanks Karyn) and that he will put a free one on my account for the next time along with the Free Oil Changes. So, I go to make my oil change appointment 2 days ago and SURPRISE, there are NO NOTES on my account.... This place I swear.... The only shining light: David was helpful with my oil change and returned my car looking great! Thank you for your help! The glass department is horrendous and Karyn said she would help me but then left no notes on the account and completely dropped the ball.
