Mr Jones reached out to us to resolve the issue. It was unfortunate that our service at his place of business was with a person who is no longer employed there. While we were not at all looking for any compensation for our bad service - Mr. Jones was happy to do just that. I was wondering what his motives were but he's just a man trying to run a good legitimate business. I appreciate the sentiment, his apologies, and his consistent pestering me to call him to make it right! (LOL). You did make it right Mr. Jones and we thank you for it.
