  • this office is better close its door or clean thier act of running office . Started to go there because it was close to my house. when I was getting an appointment the girl at the reception desk did not even look at me and hand out the clip board I said what is that she said to take turn I said you didn't ask me why I am here for I just want to be a new patient I don't have an appointment. They did not treat me right after I ask for the office manager and I said I hate to be treated like that. went there for the second time to find out why they have not got my record from Mayo Clinic since now is 2 months later they replied that they have not received it. then I found out they put the request wrong. I walked out and went somewhere else. they are very inprofafcinal and make me wait for 2 months to get my record from Mayo because they form was filled out wrong I said why did not call me to tell me that they have not sent it they said your cell number was wrong. why my cell was wrong is not my problem you could of write me and tell me they haven't sent my record.
