  • They are all extremely helpful and great at what they do and don't get enough credit! It may not have been the case a year ago which is why they have such a low rating but from what I've noticed all of the people that are all in that office are willing to walk you through the process so give them a chance! Tony is amazing and has helped me out consistently each and every time, I'm not sure what the other guy's name is but I can hear him across the hall helping those students and he's also very motivated! One of the VA counselors named Ed helped me out before, you do also have to do some of the work and take notes and remember what they're telling you to do in order for you to succeed but if you go in there with a good attitude, they're all going to jump over Hoops to help you as long as you know what your objective is. Those that complained about this place probably didn't do anything to help themselves after they were given all of the help and steps needed. If You're Expecting for anyone to do Everything for you, well that's never going to work out. You also have to put in the work and know what you want and listen and take advice from these people and then enforce it yourself. Good luck to everyone and I encourage you to also post a good review if anyone has helped you at this office because they work hard and they don't get paid very much and they're more than willing to help each and everyone of you!
