  • I went with a friend, and, without asking me, they gave me a newbie to do my mani pedi. The newbie hadn't even finished filing my toenails by the time my friend got her mani pedi and dried her nails for 20 minutes. Oh, and to top it all off, the newbie cut my big toenails to the quick. It hurt a lot! She obviously had no idea what she was doing because she had to call someone else to finish my pedicure and do my mani. I was in there for a good 3 hours for a basic mani pedi that shouldn't have taken more than 1.5 hours. There were no apologies, no discounts, nothing. I had to hobble home after paying the full price for a shoddy service. Never again!
