  • After a long hard day of fieldwork, I stopped in to Saffron on my way back to the hotel to pick up a to-go order. The chef graciously took my order even though they were closed at the time (3:45 pm). Back at the hotel, I eagerly dove into my Kadai Chicken - boneless chicken in a sauce of I don't quite know what but it was delicious! Slivers of ginger and surprise pops of coriander seed....YUM! I inhaled it with my Aloo Naan, and was in heaven. Now I am in a food coma, but I will definitely come back here for a proper dinner the next time I am in Las Vegas.
