  • I would prefer to give this place no stars at all. It used to be a decent place but it has slipped badly in recent months. Today is the last time I will ever go there. They have consistently messed up my order. They claim to be broken and accept only cash about half the time at night. Their outside lights are not on half the time. They close before their stated closing time, even though Ive asked for an updated closing time. They are so shorthanded that one employee told me he was the only one there during busy hours. I fully expect this place to close down due to the lack of customer service. If you want decent food, a correct order, decent service, go to another mcdonalds or just go to the nearby wendys. They will treat you right anywhere else but here. Edited: For some reason yelp lists me in san francisco ca. I am not from there. I am from the metro phoenix area in arizona.
