  • Waited an hour just to have the same guy who greeted me come up to me and say "I think it's your display, we're going to replace it under warranty, come back in about 30 min's and it should be done". It was done in 30 mins but I had to find something else to do to kill MORE time because sitting in the store the first hour listening to everyone else complain was enough (only 105 degrees outside). End of the story... Wasted my time, my day off and my phone still does the same thing, KEEPS FREEZING! Was so excited to have a new, closer location, I guess I'll be driving all the way back to the Town Square. Love it! (NOT!)
