I still love the speed of the service and there is no service in my area that is better. But beware. My prices doubled in one fell swoop. No apology. I hate it when businesses do this type of thing. I will leave when there is the first viable option. Their new great plan is for me to budget my usage like we used to do with phones when they first came out. Sure. Working from home and having a big family--of course, all I want to do is download their app and watch my usage. I look forward to the time I can be a happy ex-customer.
