  • Very impressed with the hotel. It started with a very pleasant check in process. Lauren checked me into the room, she was extremely polite, efficient and just gave an overall general feeling of truly welcoming me to the hotel. Great employees can make such a difference in any experience. The rooms were very spacious with outstanding bathrooms. The large oversize jet tubs, separate tile showers with multiple shower heads that could be ran independently or together. Loved it. Mirrors everywhere. You knew what every angle looked like before you left the room, good or bad. Bell staff at this hotel was also exultant and help full. I was there for a business meeting and we had the entire conference center. If you have a very large business meeting, this is a fantastic location to have it. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel. Although I would prefer to stay on the strip, it's a great hotel.
