  • We came here in our search for a new car and it was by far the worst of the four dealerships we visited. The sales guy only wanted to try to push us into a lease when we clearly stated we were buying. Then he tried to tell us there was no need for money down when we told him we were waiting for the tax refund to buy. He takes us inside and we ask if they can estimate APR based on what we know our credit score is and he leaves to get the finance guy. THIS guy is why we never came back. He talked super fast, threw around numbers that had nothing to do with the car we were looking at, and when he found out we were firm on not buying that day he said "Ok well pack em up and ship em out, get on the next one." We went the next day to Findlay Toyota, found the car we wanted (money came in too) and bought from them instead. If you are looking for a Toyota GO TO FINDLAY!
