All the reviews about this place are extremely accurate. I spoke to a woman on the phone today who had absolutely no customer service skills and was so incredibly rude. I have had 3 people manage my claim now, none who return my calls, and I haven't even talked to the third person yet. However, the other staff has said she has tried to reach out to me multiple times. I have not had a missed call, voicemail or email from them in regards to my claim questions. The best you can do is ask about your issue directly on their voicemail (because you can never get ahold of them) and at best the issue will get taken care of within a couple days. I feel absolutely bad for anyone who has to deal with these people.
