  • Not sure if they changed chefs, but something's different. Ever since my first visit, I've ordered the Asian Style Bouillabaisse. The first few times it was AHMAZING! 10 out of 10. But the last two times, it's been meh. Maybe 6.5 out of 10. A lot less flavor, kind of bland, and not as much broth. Heartbreaking! The octopus carpaccio is still really good, that hasn't changed. And the Kim Chee fried rice is a tad on the sweet side, but also very good. I've noticed a change in staff as well. We used to see the same faces when we came in, but the past two times it seemed like a lot of new staff. Not sure if this has anything to do with the fall of the Bouillabaisse, but whatever has caused this change, I hope it gets fixed and soon.
