  • Tried to make an appointment, and all this lady cared about is credit card number. After name, phone number, groupon voucher number, and she wants the $35 assurance that no one is ever going to cancel appointments. This is the first massage place that I ever came across has this kind of rule. It must be nice to do business without the risk. To be fair, the rule is ok if it's stated on the website, on the groupon page, and in the beginning of the phone call... "we have a $35 charge for no shows and cancellation, thus we need your credit card number....", instead of being pushed for credit card number nonstop in a quick phone call.
