Waste of my time. After communicating via email with the internet sales rep that the vehicle I was interested in - although it was currently located at their sister store - would be brought up and available to test drive at an agreed upon time the next day, I drove up. When I got there, I was told that another, similar vehicle was available to drive, but that the one I was interested in was still at the other dealership, and that if I drove the similar one and decided I wanted to buy, they would bring it up for me. Thanks, but no thanks. When it comes to used cars, similar does not equal same, and inspecting and driving one is not an acceptable substitute for the other. Bad form, Lake Norman Hyundai.
