  • I signed up with O Premium last October, when I moved to the West Valley and experienced the horror of manure-scented tap water. I looked at the usual bottled water delivery companies, and O Premium appeared to have the best deal: all the water I could use for $38 per month. I submitted an order request through their website and a pre-sales guy called me back that day to set up an appointment. He came out and showed up on time, and sold me on their Esio system - basically varying flavors of Kool-Ade that are automagically mixed with the water. The water itself? Great. My daughter and cats and I loved it. We quickly established that we'd need 30 gallons per month, 6 5-gallon bottles. The problems started on the next delivery date. We were to have gotten an automated reminder phone call that delivery was to be 2 days hence. We didn't, so we didn't know when the driver would be in our neighborhood. He didn't drop off our Esio package order, which I paid extra for, with the 1 bottle that he left. Since I didn't know he was coming, I didn't put out my empties. When I called to find out WTF happened, I was told they'd send him back out the following week. Over the next three months, I received 1 reminder call. I missed the driver once, and never got refills for that month (although I was charged full price). The Esio system stopped working as well. I called to downgrade to a regular system, which took five more calls before they relented and agreed to take it back. However, even with a regular dispenser, the driver still dropped off boxes of now-unusable Esio mix, and of course I was charged for them even though I hadn't ordered them. The company wouldn't take them back, even sealed. So I now have four unusable Esio boxes in my pantry. The delivery day is supposed to be the first Monday of each month. In actuality, it's whenever the driver feels like coming out. In addition, this month I put out 7 empties (more because my gf was visiting from out of state), and only got 6 fulls. Apparently, all we can drink is 6 bottles. Fed up with the constant miscommunication between sales, customer "service," and delivery, I submitted a cancellation order. Sandy the CS person told me that I would have to submit the order in writing, mail it to their office in Mesa (65 miles from my house), wait for them to acknowledge the cancellation, then return the cooler and empties myself to the same office in Mesa, or they would perform a "pickup courtesy call" for an additional $35 even though the driver would be in my area anyway. Also, they're going to charge me for one more month of non-service. I've bought a table-top cooler and some 5-gallon jugs for the same price as two months of service, and RO water from the storefront dispenser costs 30 cents per gallon instead of the +$1 I'm paying now. Summary: the product is great. The service is absolutely horrible. Stay well away from O Premium.
